About the NielsenIQ Workplace Readiness Partnership
At NielsenIQ, preparing young talent for the workplace goes beyond technical skills. It’s about developing confidence, professionalism, and adaptability to thrive in today’s evolving business environment.
That’s why NielsenIQ partnered with Leverage Leadership to deliver the Business Administration NQF 4 as a Workplace Readiness Programme.
This programme was specifically designed for unemployed learners on 12-month contracts, blending workplace integration with personal and professional growth.
Because newer QCTO qualifications often extend beyond traditional learnership timeframes due to external assessment requirements, the Business Administration NQF 4 was the perfect fit as it offers flexibility, relevance, and foundational career-building skills.
Through initiatives like this, Leverage Leadership and NielsenIQ are helping South Africa’s youth move beyond unemployment by equipping them with the skills, mindset, and emotional resilience to become the workplace leaders of tomorrow.
