The Resilience Ready programme equips participants with essential tools to foster personal resilience, develop emotional intelligence, and effectively navigate life’s challenges. Designed for young individuals, it focuses on self-awareness, boundary-setting, problem-solving, and promoting healthy, balanced lifestyles.
