The Five Chairs Approach
- Duration: 1 Day Programme
The course introduces the Five Chairs: Hyena, Hedgehog, Meerkat, Dolphin, and Giraffe, as metaphors for workplace behaviours.
Through roleplays, simulations, and reflection, participants identify their default responses and practise shifting to more constructive choices.
Leaders leave with a personal “Chair Commitment” to embed conscious behaviour into daily leadership practice.
