100% QCTO EISA Pass Rate. Every Learner. Every Result.

The EISA results are in.

Every single learner who sat the External Integrated Summative Assessment through Leverage Leadership passed. Not most of them. Not the majority. Every one.

That is a 100% QCTO EISA pass rate, and it is a result worth pausing on — not to celebrate for the sake of it, but because of what it actually means.

What the EISA Is, and Why It Matters

The External Integrated Summative Assessment is not a routine test. It is the final, nationally standardised examination that stands between a learner and their QCTO occupational qualification. It is conducted by QCTO-appointed assessors at accredited assessment centres, independently of the training provider. There is no influence, no adjustment, and no margin for shortcuts.

To sit the EISA, a learner must have completed all required modules and received their Statements of Results across the knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience components of their qualification. The EISA then tests whether they can bring all of that together, demonstrating integrated competence rather than isolated recall.

It is, by design, rigorous. And that rigour is the point.

What a 100% Pass Rate Actually Reflects

A result like this does not happen by accident. It is not the product of easier questions or a lenient marking process. The EISA is a national assessment, moderated by the QCTO. The standard is the standard.

What a 100% pass rate reflects is the quality of what happened before the exam room. It reflects the preparation. The depth of facilitation. The consistency of support. The way each learner was guided through the material, not just exposed to it.

At Leverage Leadership, we have always said that training should not be a tick-box exercise. The EISA result is proof of what that philosophy looks like in practice. Our learners did not walk into that assessment hoping for the best. They walked in prepared, grounded, and ready.

The People Behind the Result

Results like this belong to the learners first. They did the work. They showed up, engaged, reflected, and applied themselves across every module of their qualification. Many of them balanced this learning journey alongside demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and the everyday complexity of life. That is not a small thing.

It also belongs to the facilitators and coaches who walked alongside them. The people who gave honest feedback, ran mock assessments, answered questions at inconvenient hours, and refused to let anyone fall behind. Preparation is not a single event. It is a sustained commitment, and our team brought that commitment to every session.

This is what training with purpose looks like. Not just a qualification at the end, but a genuine shift in how people understand their roles, lead their teams, and carry themselves in the workplace.

What This Means for Organisations Considering Enrolment

If you are an employer weighing up whether to invest in QCTO-accredited training for your people, this result is relevant to you.

The EISA is the quality assurance mechanism that gives occupational qualifications their credibility. It means that a learner who completes a QCTO qualification has been independently assessed against a national standard. It means the qualification carries weight. And it means that the training provider's approach to preparation is not incidental — it is everything.

A 100% pass rate tells you that the learners who trained with Leverage Leadership were not just enrolled. They were developed. There is a difference, and that difference shows up in the results.

The Standard We Hold Ourselves To

We do not measure success by enrolment numbers or completion certificates alone. We measure it by whether the people who go through our programmes are genuinely better equipped to lead, manage, and contribute when they walk back into their organisations.

The EISA result is one measure of that. It is the most visible, externally validated measure available in the QCTO system. And we are proud of it.

But what we are most proud of is not the percentage. It is the individual behind every result. The team leader who finally has the language to articulate what they have always known. The manager who approached the exam with a confidence they did not have twelve months ago. The learner who proved, to themselves and everyone around them, that they are exactly where they are supposed to be.

That is what it means to LeverageForward. To build on what is already there, and move people toward what is next.

Congratulations to every learner who passed. You earned it.
